Short version: Physique is a logging tool. It is not medical advice, the numbers are only as good as what goes in, and your data stays yours.
Physique lets you record food, workouts and weigh-ins, keeps totals and history, and offers an assistant that can turn plain text and photos into entries. The Free plan includes the app and a monthly allowance of assistant use. Paid plans, if offered, are described in the app before you buy anything.
Calorie and macro figures, photo estimates, and anything the assistant says are estimates for tracking purposes. They are not nutrition, medical or training advice and are not a substitute for a clinician, dietitian or coach. Anything marked "estimated" is exactly that. You are responsible for your own diet and training decisions.
Everything you log, including photos, remains yours. You give Sync LC only the permission needed to store it, display it back to you, run the assistant on it, and export or delete it when you ask. We do not use your content for advertising or model training.
Don't try to access other people's data, overload the service, or use the API beyond the limits shown in the app. Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload.
We try to keep the service up, but it is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give you a way to export your data first. These terms may change; the date above moves when they do.
To the extent the law allows, Sync LC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Physique, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.
